Returns/Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Mode Street™. We want you to love your purchase, and we are here to help if something is not right.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for eligible items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Items are unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags are attached
  • Items are returned in original packaging (if applicable)
  • Return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items are in a resellable condition

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage after delivery

All non-returnable items are clearly marked at the time of purchase.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order via email or our website contact form.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Returned items must be shipped back before a refund can be processed.


4. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 3–8 business days after inspection approval

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.


5. Exchanges (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or exchange.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A description of the problem

We will work quickly to resolve your request.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

In cases where Mode Street™ does not provide a return label, customers should use a trackable shipping method. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item), Mode Street™ will provide a return label or cover return shipping costs.
